You wouldn’t want to exchange a My Fair Lady Saree!

But in the extremely rare instance when an item is received clearly damaged/defective you certainly stand a chance to have it replaced or get a Gift Voucher (Credit Note) from us. Please read below the procedure to request a replacement.*

What is damaged/defective?
An item is considered damaged/defective when there’s a fairly noticeable stain or the fabric is torn.
Since most of our sarees are woven they would inevitably have certain weaving imperfections which is NOT a defect. In fact there’s a distinct beauty to these so-called flaws.

In case we send you an incorrect item?
We will then dispatch you the correct item provided it is still in stock after we receive the originally sent item in as-was-sent-to-you-condition. Please note if the originally sent item is not received in as-was-sent-to-you-condition, we shall deny an exchange/refund.
For items received perfectly by us and if we don’t have a replacement to send we will consider to issue you a refund on the original payment method which would ideally take 4-7 days to process from our end. Please read below the procedure to report an incorrect item.**

All items ordered for 'Advance Booking' or Pre-Order' basis cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

*Send us the original unedited unpacking video which should clearly show the damage/defect in the video on the below mentioned WhatsApp number. We shall then consider sending you a replacement after we have received the originally sent item. We cannot accept any replacement requests without an unpacking video.
